Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy explains what personal data GUDHOST collects, why, and your choices.

Who we are

GUDHOST is operated by GUDJOB CO.,LTD (GUDJOB COMMUNICATION AND CREATIVE COMPANY LIMITED), tax code 0315539317, Floor 1, 456 Xô Viết Nghệ Tĩnh, Thạnh Mỹ Tây Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. GUDJOB decides how the personal data in this policy is used (your account, orders, billing, support requests and domain owner details) and is responsible for it. GUDJOB’s group privacy policy and data deletion process apply to all of its products, GUDHOST included; this policy adds what is specific to hosting and domains. Data protection contact: contact@gudjob.net.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and your name and profile identifier if you sign in with Google.
  • Order and billing data: the plans you buy, your website domains, and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by PayPal or PayME and never reach our servers.
  • Service data: technical information needed to run your websites, such as configuration, logs and backups.
  • Domain data: when you buy or transfer a domain, the owner (registrant) details you give: name, organisation, postal address, email address and phone number; and, during a transfer to GUDHOST, the domain’s transfer code (stored encrypted and deleted once the transfer completes).
  • Support data: the requests and emails you send our support team, and our replies.
  • Security data: sign-in records and request identifiers used to protect your account.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, provide and bill for the Services, send service emails (sign-in codes, site status, billing notices), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run GUDHOST, under agreements that protect your data: payment processing (PayPal, PayME), email delivery, an AI model provider that powers our support assistant, our hosting infrastructure and data-centre partners, and, for domains, the domain registrar and registries described below. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Domain registration data

To register, transfer or renew a domain, we must send the owner details to the ICANN-accredited registrar we work with and to the registry that runs the domain ending. They keep them as their rules and ICANN require, may deposit them with an ICANN-approved data escrow provider, and may disclose them to ICANN or to authorities. Depending on the ending and local law, some of the details can be published in the public registration directory (WHOIS); WHOIS privacy, where available, shows a privacy service’s details instead. The registry or registrar may email the owner address to verify it. Registrars and registries may be located outside your country.

AI support assistant

First replies to support requests are usually written by an AI assistant, which can see your account, plans, websites and the request itself to answer accurately. Replies written by the assistant are labelled as such, and you can ask for a person at any time.

Your website’s content

The content of your websites (pages, media, databases, form entries and any personal data about your visitors they hold) belongs to you. For that data you are the controller and GUDJOB is the processor: we store, back up and serve it only to provide the Services, on your instructions, and use it for nothing else. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data on your websites and for telling your visitors how you use it. A website’s content is deleted together with the website.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and as required for tax and accounting. When a plan ends, its website is deleted 30 days later; copies left in backups expire on their own schedule, and none is kept more than 12 months after the service ends. Domain owner details are kept while the domain is registered with us and afterwards for as long as registrar rules require (ICANN requires registrars to keep registration records for two years after a registration ends).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in and checkout, and one cookie that remembers the language you chose. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@gudhost.net or GUDJOB’s data protection contact contact@gudjob.net. We reply within 2 working days and, as Article 5 of Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP requires, complete access, correction and export requests within 10 days, and objections or a withdrawal of consent within 15 days; deletion is described below. If a request needs a third party to act, or more time, we tell you why before the deadline, and it is extended once at most, within the limits the decree allows.

Delete your data

To have your personal data deleted, email contact@gudjob.net from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”, or open a support request from your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We reply within 2 working days and delete the data within 20 days, as Article 5 of Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP requires. GUDJOB’s data deletion page describes the same process for all of its products.

  • Your websites. Deleting your data ends your plans and deletes your websites with their content, so export anything you want to keep before you ask.
  • Your domains. While a domain is registered, the registry needs its owner’s details. Transfer the domain to another registrar or let it expire first, or keep it and ask us to delete everything else.
  • What we must keep. Invoices, payment and accounting records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, domain registration records for as long as registrar rules require (see Retention), and the records we need to handle a dispute or a legal claim. We keep only what the law requires and use it for nothing else.

We will post updates on this page and notify you of significant changes.
