Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of GUDHOST, including our website, account area, WordPress hosting and domain name services (the “Services”). By creating an account or buying a plan or a domain you agree to them.
GUDHOST is operated by GUDJOB CO.,LTD (GUDJOB COMMUNICATION AND CREATIVE COMPANY LIMITED), tax code 0315539317, Floor 1, 456 Xô Viết Nghệ Tĩnh, Thạnh Mỹ Tây Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“GUDHOST”, “we” or “us”). GUDJOB’s general terms apply to all of its products; these terms set out the conditions specific to GUDHOST, and where the two differ, these terms apply to GUDHOST’s Services.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email address and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and on your websites.
2. Plans and billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, or in Vietnamese đồng when you buy from the Vietnamese version of the site. While you have a plan that has not ended, later plans are billed in the same currency. US dollar plans are paid through PayPal (with a PayPal account or a card), which charges your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Vietnamese đồng plans are paid through PayME (QR code from your banking app, an ATM card, or an international card) one period at a time: we email you a payment link a week before each period ends, and a plan that isn't renewed ends as described below. GUDHOST does not store your card or bank details. Prices include all GUDHOST fees; your card issuer may charge its own fee for payments in a foreign currency or processed abroad. If you choose to pay a US dollar price in another currency, the conversion rate and any conversion fee are shown by the payment page before you pay.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your website is taken offline and permanently deleted after a grace period of 30 days, so please export anything you want to keep. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you. If payment still cannot be collected, your website may be suspended until the balance is paid, and deleted if the plan ends unpaid.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for anything unlawful or harmful, including malware, phishing, spam, content that infringes others’ rights, attacks on other systems, or activity that degrades the service for other customers. We may suspend or remove content or websites that break these rules, and will tell you when we do unless the law or an urgent security risk prevents it.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you host. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, back up and serve it as part of the Services.
7. Included software
Plans include WordPress, set up for AI editing over MCP. Third-party software is provided under its own licence terms, and its availability and features may change.
8. Backups and availability
We take daily backups and aim for reliable, continuous service, but we can’t guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important content.
9. Domain names
GUDHOST registers, transfers and renews domain names as a reseller of an ICANN-accredited registrar; the registrar that sponsors your domain is shown in its public registration data at ICANN Lookup. Each registration is also governed by that registrar’s registration agreement, the rules of the registry that runs the domain ending (such as .com) and ICANN’s policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). By buying a domain you agree to them, and we may suspend, cancel or transfer a domain where they, a court or a competent authority require it. ICANN summarises your rights and duties as a domain owner in Registrants’ Benefits and Responsibilities.
- You are the owner. The domain is registered to the owner (registrant) you name at checkout. Names are registered first come, first served: a paid order becomes a registration only once the registry accepts it, for the shortest period the registry allows (one year for most endings). We don’t sell premium or reserved names.
- Accurate details. You must give accurate and complete owner details, keep them up to date, and confirm the registry’s verification email within 15 days. Deliberately false details, or not answering a request to confirm or correct them within 15 days, can lead to the domain being suspended or cancelled.
- Registration data. The owner details are sent to the registrar and the registry, and to ICANN and its data escrow provider where its rules require, and can appear in the public registration directory unless the registry hides them or you have WHOIS privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
- Use. Section 5 applies to domains too. You are responsible for the name you choose and how it is used, including not infringing anyone else’s rights.
- WHOIS privacy can only be added when a domain is registered or transferred, for the endings that allow it. While it is on, it is renewed and billed with the domain.
- Transfers. You can get your domain’s transfer code from your account at any time. Under ICANN rules a domain can’t be transferred within 60 days of being registered or transferred, and changing the owner’s name, organisation or email can block transfers for 60 days. A transfer to GUDHOST keeps the domain’s nameservers and, for most endings, adds a year.
- Refunds. Domains are not refunded once registered, renewed or transferred; if we can’t complete your order, you get a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
10. Domain renewal and expiry
A domain renews for the same period at the price shown in your account, normally the same as the first year. With auto-renew on (the default), we renew the domain about 30 days before it expires and charge the card you saved; we email you before each charge, and you can turn auto-renew off at any time in your account. If a payment fails, or auto-renew is off, we email you reminders with a link to renew. A domain that isn’t renewed by its expiry date can stop working, and can be renewed at the normal price only for a short time afterwards (the renewal page shows the last day). After that, the registry may restore it only for a restore fee, and then deletes it, after which anyone can register it. Renewing early doesn’t shorten the current term.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.
12. Changes
We may update these terms or our prices. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes by email or in your account; changes to prices apply from your next billing period or domain renewal.
