Refund Policy

You can cancel your plan at any time from your GUDHOST account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law or where the Services were not provided because of a problem on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Domains

Domains are bought from the registry with your payment, so domain registrations, renewals and transfers, and the WHOIS privacy bought with them, are not refunded once delivered: once the domain is registered, renewed or transferred to GUDHOST. Turning auto-renew off or moving a domain to another registrar doesn’t refund time already paid for.

If we can’t deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund of that domain, usually automatically: for example when someone else registered the name first, it turns out to be a premium name, the registry refuses it, or a transfer is cancelled or can’t be completed. If the same renewal is paid twice, the second payment is refunded.

Currency

Refunds are paid in the currency of the payment: US dollars, or Vietnamese đồng for plans bought on the Vietnamese site. If you paid a US dollar price in another currency, any refund is returned in the currency you paid, using the same exchange rate as the original payment. Fees your card issuer charged are not refunded by GUDHOST.

How to request

Email hello@gudhost.net from the address on your account with the date of the charge and your website domain.

GUDHOST is operated by GUDJOB CO.,LTD (GUDJOB COMMUNICATION AND CREATIVE COMPANY LIMITED), tax code 0315539317, Floor 1, 456 Xô Viết Nghệ Tĩnh, Thạnh Mỹ Tây Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Refunds are made by GUDJOB, through PayPal or PayME, to the payment method you paid with.
